The space Features:
• Living Room: Features large windows over looking the expansive yard and lake, open-plan living area, including a comfortable living room with a pullout Queen bed couch, a dining area, and an updated full kitchen—ideal if you prefer to dine in.
• Half Bath & Laundry: half bath is in the hall as you enter and separate laundry room washer and dryer for your convenience.
• King Bedroom: discover a bright and airy bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, sliding doors to its own outdoor space with outdoor shower and an en-suite full bathroom. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and the bed is made for your convenience.
Back Porch: Relax in the fresh air and enjoy the quite sounds of nature, also outside is a gas grill for all your outdoor cooking needs.
Pool: The community pool is open from May 23rd through the last Sunday in September. Hours are 8AM to 8PM.****2025 Pool Closes - Sept 28th****
Parking: One Parking Space is designated and marked with 426 outside additional parking is available in the second row designated SL4 ONLY
Pet-Friendly: We welcome responsible pet owners to bring well-behaved dogs with you for a small fee of $150 (Max 1 Dog per HOA Rules). We are happy to offer some pet amenities to help with traveling with your pet.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
